Your story matters. Whether you served at home or abroad, during times of peace or conflict, your experience is a vital part of America’s history. When you share your story, you preserve your legacy — not just for your family and community, but for future generations who need to understand the real meaning of service.
This service is completely free to all U.S. veterans. Once you submit your information, our team will contact you to schedule your interview and walk you through the process.

At the Veterans Museum, we believe that every veteran’s voice deserves to be heard. That’s why we offer a free interview service to record and archive your story. These interviews are conducted using best practices outlined by the Library of Congress Veterans History Project, and if you choose, we’ll even submit your interview to their official archive.
Sharing your story allows you to:
Reflect on and honor your service
Preserve a lasting record for your loved ones
Contribute to a growing archive of veteran experiences
Educate the public about military life from your perspective
